Contact Center PLN 123 tersebar di beberapa kota diantaranya Sumatera yaitu Site Palembang dan Site Medan, Site Palembang sendiri beralamat di Jln. Demang Lebar Daun .Call Centre 123 merupakan solusi praktis bagi pelanggan yang ingin mendapatkan informasi terkait layanan listrik , baik gangguan maupun informasi seputar PLN , tanpa harus bertatap muka langsung dengan petugas PLN.
Rosmalina DM bagian Hukum dan Humas PLN WS2JB mengatakan, Layanan ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk memudahkan komunikasi pelanggan dengan pihak PLN. Dengan menghubungi contact center123 pelanggan dapat meminta informasi terkait permohonan pasang baru dan penambahan daya , Selain itu pelanggan juga dapat menggunakan layanan ini untuk menginformasikan perihal pengaduan dan kejadian-kejadian berbahaya terkait kelistrikan seperti pohon tumbang yang mengenai jaringan listrik, atau informasi terkait pemadaman di sekitar pelanggan jelasnya.
“Informasi seputar cara perhitungan dan besaran harga listrik, uang jaminan pelanggan (UJL), hingga perhitungan rekening listrik juga dapat diperoleh melalui layanan ini,”ujarnya saat dibincangi diruang kerjanya,Kamis (1/2/2018)
Rosmalina juga menambahkan , Setelah pelanggan melapor ke Call Center 123 lalu pihak Call Center akan menghubungkan ke Palembang Command Center (PCC) (kemarin baru diresmikan GM PT PLN WS2JB Daryono saat memperingati Hari Listrik Nasional Tanggal 27 Oktober 2017 yg lalu red ), Kemudian pihak PCC yang akan menyebarkan bon gangguan tersebut dan mencari informasi petugas pelayanan teknik yang lebih dekat dibaca melalui GPR ,”Karena kami ada target lama padam yaitu paling lama tiga jam”.tukasnya
Dan target PLN paling lama tiga jam dari laporan pelanggan yang masuk dilaporkan ke petugas masing-masing rayon misalnya perihal trafo meledak bisa langsung kami ganti dengan yang baru, untuk waktunya sendiri paling lama tiga jam tergantung situasi dan kondisi,”urainya.
Rosmalina juga menambahkan, Ada dua prosedur pelaksanaan di PCC yang beralamat di Gedung Kantor Area Palembang Jln. Kapten A. Rivai yakni : Petugas PCC setiap hari menerima laporan dari Call Center 123, yang pertama, apabila informasi gangguan tersebut berlokasi di luar Kota Palembang, maka PCC akan meneruskan ke unit Rayon PLN terkait. Ke dua, jika lokasi gangguan ada di Kota Palembang maka PCC langsung menugaskan Tim Yantek untuk langsung ke lokasi memperbaiki gangguan. Dari sini tim mobil atau tim motor akan menjalankan mana yang lebih dekat untuk dikejar dan diselesaikan supaya lebih cepat.Sebagai catatan bahwa petugas YANTEK tidak melakukan kegiatan sambung baru atau migrasi LPB, tugas mereka adalah memperbaiki gangguan listrik saja pungkasnya.(rill/ern)
