“Laser”, Layanan Sehari Kelar Dari PT.PLN
PALEMBANG – ” Laser ” (layanan sehari kelar) adalah sebuah bentuk produk terbaru dari PT. PLN dalam mempercepat melayani pelanggannya,dan ini merupakan terobosan terbaru yang diluncurkan oleh PT PLN (persero) area Palembang.Launching pelayanan ini sendiri di mulai pada bulan November 2017 lalu dan merupakan sebuah bentuk solusi yang di tawarkan oleh pihak PT.PLN untuk meningkatkan kepuasan masyarakat dalam mendapatkan layanan.
Dengan konsep One Day Service semua bentuk pelayanan pasang baru atau perubahan daya dan migrasi Listrik Prabayar tanpa perluasan jaringan dapat dilayani dalam waktu satu hari kerja setelah pembayaran.
Syarat dan ketentuan pelanggan untuk mendapatkan program Laser Khusus pelanggan yang berada di wilayah kota palembang dan sekitarnya dengan memiliki nomor telepon yang bisa dihubungi.
Rosmalina, Deputy Manager Hukum dan Humas PT PLN WS2JB dalam rilis resminya mengatakan, ” Sampai Desember 2017 sebanyak 6080 pelanggan telah menikmati kemudahan dalam mendapatkan aliran listrik dengan adanya Laser ini,”jelasnya.
Ditambahkan Rosmalina adapun cara berlangganan pada pelanggan baru atau dikenal dengan Pasang Baru diawali dengan pelanggan mendaftar ke Kantor PLN terdekat/ Call Center 123/ via website www.pln.co.id/ PLN Mobile. Selanjutnya, pelanggan membayar biaya penyambungan atau token perdana di bank yang telah ditentukan PLN.
” Layanan Sehari Kelar dihitung saat pelanggan membayar biaya penyambungan dan Dilanjutkan dengan pemasangan Alat Pembatas dan Pengukur (APP), serta Listrik pelanggan dapat dinyalakan setelah memiliki Sertifikat Laik Operasi (SLO),”Tambahnya.
Dijelaskannya bagi pelanggan yang memilih untuk migrasi atau pindah menggunakan Listrik Prabayar prosesnya jauh lebih simpel. Proses migrasi tidak dikenakan biaya apapun, pelanggan cukup menghubungi Kantor PLN terdekat atau hubungi Call Center 123 dengan pilihan migrasi ke Listrik Prabayar dan menyediakan ID Pelanggan.
” Jika pelanggan memilih untuk melakukan perubahan daya maka dapat menghubungi Kantor PLN terdekat/ Call Center 123/ via website www.pln.co.id/ PLN Mobile dengan pilihan perubahan daya. Kemudian membayar biaya atas perubahan daya setelahnya dilaksanakan penambahan daya bagi pelanggan,”Pukasnya.
Sementara Ari yang merupakan salah satu pelanggan PLN yang berhasil di temui saat akan mengurus program Laser di kantor PLN di jalan Arivai mengatakan sangat terbantu dengan adanya program Laser ini.
“ Terimakasih kepada PLN karena adanya Laser ini, saya mendapatkan kemudahan mengurus penyambungan listrik baru, ya hanya satu hari rumah saya sudah terang teraliri listrik,”ucapnya singkat. (Red/ern)
