Empatlawang, the8news.com — Tim pasangan calon (paslon) Bupati/Wakil Bupati Empat Lawang, nomor urut 1, H David Hadrianyo Aljufri – H Eduar Kohar merilis adanya temuan kecurangan atau pelanggaran-pelanggaran yang terjadi saat berlangsungnya pemilihan umum kepala daerah (pemilukada) di Kabupaten Empat Lawang, beberapa waktu lalu.
Pelanggaran-pelanggaran yang dimaksud adalah adanya dugaan yang dilakukan oleh oknum tim sukses salah satu pasangan calon, oknum penyelenggara pemilu mulai dari KPPS, PPS, PPK serta adanya dugaan ketidaknetralan oknum pengawas pemilu (Panwaslu) Kabupaten Empat Lawang, saat menjelang, pasca dan saat pelaksanaan pemungutan suara, “Temuan-temuan ini kami dapatkan setelah adanya laporan di lapangan yang langsung disaksikan oleh masyarakat Kabupaten Empat Lawang,” terang Ketua Tim Pemenangan paslon Bupati/Wakil Bupati Empat Lawang, nomor urut 1, H David Hadrianyo Aljufri – H Eduar Kohar (HDA-HEK), Windera Safri saat menggelar jumpa pers, di Puri Lampar, Desa Lampar Baru Kecamatan Tebing Tinggi, Kabupaten Empat Lawang, Minggu (1/7) sore .
Dipaparkan Safri, pelanggaran dan kecurangan yang terjadi dalam pelaksanaan pemilihan kepala daerah di Kabupaten Empat Lawang 2018, ini didasari atas laporan masyarakat dan saksi pasangan calon nomor urut 1 Bupati/Wakil Bupati Empat Lawang, antara lain, oknum penyelenggara Pemilu dalam hal ini KPPS tidak menyampaikan Surat Pemberitahuan Pemungutan Suara kepada Pemilih (C6-KWK). “Hal ini jelas telah melanggar Pasal 12, 13 PKPU Nomor 8 tahun 2018 dan telah menghilangkan hak konstitusi setiap warga negara untuk menggunakan hak pilihnya,” kata Safri.
Selanjutnya kata Safri, hampir dipastikan seluruh pemilih yang tidak mendapatkan undangan telah meminta C6-KWK kepada KPPS, namun tanpa alasan yang jelas, oknum petugas KPPS tidak memberikan undangan tersebut yang merupakan hak pemilih untuk menggunakan hak pilihnya.
Lebih lanjut Safri mengungkapkan adanya dugaan intimidasi dari oknum Tim Pasangan Calon lain bagi pemilih untuk memilih salah satu pasangan calon lain dan adanya dugaan penggelembungan surat suara yang terpakai, tidak sesuai dengan jumlah pemilih yang hadir ke TPS. Terkait dengan adanya kecurangan dan pelanggaran yang terjadi dalam pilkada Empat Lawang, pihaknya bersama tim kuasa hukum telah mengadukan hal tersebut kepada lembaga yang berwenang dalam hal ini Panwaslu Kabupaten Empat Lawang.
“Kami juga telah tembuskan ke Bawaslu Provinsi Sumatera Selatan serta Bawaslu RI, agar semua kecurangan ini menjadi penting dapat ditindaklanjuti sesuai prosedur yang diatur dalam perundang-undangan,” harapnya.(fz)
