Lima Karyawan di PHK Tanpa Pesangon Oleh PT.PHML

Musirawas,the8news.com — Sejumlah Mantan karyawan PT Perkebunan Hasil Musi Lestari (PT.PHML) mencoba menutup akses jalan keluar masuk perusahaan yang terletak di wilayah Desa Pelawe, Kecamatan Bulang Tengah Suku (BTS) Ulu, Kabupaten Musi Rawas, Sumatera Selatan.Jum’at (20/7)
Aksi penutupan (Blokade) jalan dilakukan oleh mantan karyawan PT. PHML diketahui bekerja sebagai security (keamanan) diperusahaan tersebut selama belasan tahun lamanya.menurut pantauan the8news.com dilokasi, blokade jalan menggunakan tali dan karton yang bertuliskan,” STOP JALAN DITUTUP,  (Bus sekolah dan Ambulance boleh lewat), serta sebuah tuntutan bertuliskan, “Bayar pesangon kami sesuai UU no.13 tahun 2003 pasal 164 ayat 3. Tentang ketenaga kerjaan,” lalu “Bonus dan THR 2018,”
Adapun mantan Karyawan PT.PHML tersebut ada Effendi yang bekerja selama 14 tahun 8 bulan, Topik selama 12 tahun bekerja, Paris telah 6 tahun bekerja , ( Arbi selama11 tahun dan Ari Pai 4 tahun telah mengabdi diperusahaan tersebut.
Saat dilakukan mediasi pihak perusahaan PT.PHML yang diwakili oleh Manager HRD PT.PHML, Deby Damayanti dan senior Menager, Ponijan melakukan rapat dengan yang diwakilkan oleh koordinator aksi dan juga dihadiri pemerintah Desa setempat diantaranya, Edi Sekretaris Desa Pelawe, Darul Efendi Ketua PPD dan Mantan Kepala Desa Pelawe Amin Harun, Namun hasil rapat tersebut  masih menunggu keputusan hingga senin 23 Juli 2018 mendatang.
Efefendi Salah seorang karyawan yang di PHK mengatakan, dirinya dan empat temannya telah bekerja selama belasan tahun diperusahaan PHML dan dipecat sewenang wenang jelasnya
“Bekerja sudah Belasan Tahun, dipecat sepihak tanpa ada pesangon”, katanya
Effendi dan keempat temannya yang di PHK sejak bulan Februari lalu, menuntut agar pihak Manajemen  PT. PHML untuk segera membayar pesangon mereka, sesuai dengan Undang Undang Tenaga Kerja yang berlaku ,apabila belum ada kesepakatan dengan pihak perusahaan dengan memenuhi tuntutan mereka maka akses jalan menuju ke perusaahan tetap akan di blokade tegasnya.
“Kami akan terus menutup akses jalan keluar masuk keperusahaan, apabila tuntutan kami tidak dipenuhi oleh perusahaan”,tegas Effendi.
Sementara itu Deby Damayanti selaku Manager HRD PT PHML, enggan berkomentar banyak.saat di mintai keterangan , “No coment dengan permasalahan ini”, katanya singkat.
Ditempat yang sama Kabag Ops Polres Musi Rawas, Kompol Handoko  mengatakan, pihaknya telah menurunkan ratusan personel dari Polres Musi Rawas dan di back up oleh personil Polsek BTS Ulu, Polsek Muara Kelingi dan Polsek Jayaloka.
“Ratusan personil diturunkan untuk menjaga aksi ini dan agar tidak terjadi hal yang tidak di inginkan”, katanya.
Handoko menyatakan situasi saat ini sangat kondusif, setelah diadakan mediasi antara mantan karyawan dan pihak manajemen, pemblokiran akses jalan dibuka,singkatnya.(marzuki)
