Daryono mengatakan pihaknya telah menyiagakan 2.939 personel di 50 posko tersebar untuk amankan pasokan listrik di 22 kabupaten dan kota yang menggelar pemilihan Pilgub, Pilwako maupun Pilbup di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan (Sumsel), Provinsi Jambi dan Provinsi Bengkulu. Apel Gelar Pasukan, Peralatan dan Material telah digelar secara serentak pada Senin, (7/12).
“SOP khusus sudah disiapkan untuk masa siaga Pilkada” ucap Daryono.
Kesiapan yang telah terstandarisasi ini meliputi peta teknis pasokan listrik pada sejumlah objek penting, skenario manuver beban bilamana terjadi gangguan pasokan listrik karena kondisi di luar prediksi atau force majeur, serta daftar lokasi penting dan pejabat yang terkait dengan pengamanan pasokan listrik. Tidak terkecuali alur komunikasi dan koordinasi yang juga tetap memperhatikan protokol kesehatan sesuai ketentuan berlaku.
Dirinya memaparkan, peralatan pendukung yang disiapkan PLN antara lain 17 unit Genset Mobile, 67 Unit UGB, 2 unit UPS, 2 unit UKB yang siaga untuk mengamankan jaringan distribusi (20 kV). Khususnya 288 penyulang yang diprioritaskan yaitu pada lokasi-lokasi KPU dan KPUD serta Tempat Pemungutan Suara (TPS) di setiap Kecamatan.
Daryono menambahkan, saat ini daya mampu sistem kelistrikan Sumatera Bagian Selatan saat ini adalah sebesar 2.249,9 MW sedangkan beban puncaknya pada 2.061,9 MW. Tidak hanya jaringan distribusi 20 kV yang diamankan tetapi juga disisi transmisi dan Gardu Induk dipastikan siap menyambut pesta demokrasi ini.
Seperti diketahui bersama, diambil dari situs resmi KPU, Pilbup di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan diselenggarakan di 7 Kabupaten yaitu: Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, Pali, Ogan Kometing Ulu (OKU), OKU Timur, OKU Selatan, Musirawas dan Kabupaten Musirawas Utara. Sementara di Provinsi Jambi terdapat Pilgub dan Pilbup/Pilwako di 5 Kabupaten Kota yaitu: Kota Jambi, Kota Sungai Penuh, Kabupaten Batanghari, Bungo, Tanjung Jabung Barat dan Tanjung Jabung Timur. Sedangkan di Provinsi Bengkulu, juga terdapat Pilgub dan Pilbup di Kota Bengkulu, Kabupaten Bengkulu Selatan, Bengkulu Utara, Kaur, Kepahiang, Lebong, Muko-Muko, Rejang Lebong, dan Seluma.
Terakhir, Daryono berharap agar kesiapan yang telah dilakukan oleh PLN ini dapat mendukung terlaksananya event pilkada ini secara sukses dan aman. Dirinya juga memastikan bahwa masyarakat tetap bisa mendapatkan layanan PLN meski secara nasional tanggal 9 Desember 2020 merupakan hari libur nasional.
