Palembang, The8News.com – Workshop pengembangan kompetensi guru dilaksanakan di Gedung serbaguna SMAN 1 Palembang.

Plt Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Sumsel Riza Pahlevi mengatakan, pihaknya sangat mengapresiasi kegiatan pengembangan kompetensi guru yang dilakukan SMAN 1 Palembang, yang juga diikuti sekolah sub rayon SMAN 1 Palembang.

“Kegiatan ini untuk mengembangkan kompetensi guru di masa suasana pembejaran ditengah pandemi covid-19. Kompetensi guru harus kita asah lagi agar lebih kompeten lagi,” ujarnya.

Untuk pembelajaran tatap muka, Riza menjelaskan, itu sudah ada keputusan Menteri Pendidikan yang berisi tentang sekolah tatap muka itu diperbolehkan tapi tidak diwajibkan.

“Pak Gubernur Sumsel telah membuat surat edaran ke Dinas Pendidikan Sumsel, Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten dan kota, serta Kemenag Sumsel dan Kabupaten dan kota, agar menyiapkan dulu infrastruktur dalam menjalankan protokol kesehatan. Seperti tempat cuci tangan itu dibuat banyak. Siswa wajib menggunakan masker, dan menjaga jarak,” katanya.

Selain itu, lanjut Riza, pihak sekolah melalui komite sekolah juga mengajak rapat orang tua siswa, terkait bolehnya anaknya sekolah. “Harus ada pernyataan tertulis, itu tidak perlu bermaterai. Yang penting ada izin orang tua. Itu direkap dan diakomodir. Sehingga pembelajarannya nanti ada yang tatap muka, juga boleh juga daring,” bebernya.

Riza berharap, sekolah menerapkan sistem PINTAR yakni profesional, adaptasi, niat, disiplin, aplikasi dikuasai, dan integritas serta inovasi.”Dengan diterapkannya pola PINTAR, In Sha Allah keberhasilan dapat dicapai,” ucapnya.

Sementara itu, Kepala Sekolah SMA Negeri 1 Palembang, H Moses Akhmad menyampaikan, rapat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menghadapi belajar tentang tatap muka yang akan di mulai awal Januari tahun 2021.

“Kegiatan ini dilakukan kegiatan selama 3 hari, yaitu 1 hari tatap muka dan 2 hari tugas mandiri yang dibimbing H Muslim sebagai pengawas pembina,” katanya.

Ia mengatakan bawhwa peserta berasa dari seluruh guru SMA Negeri 1 Palembang dan sekolah yang termasuk subrayon 01.

” Kami berharap kegiatan ini memberikan pencerahan dalam menyongsong kegiatan tatap muka pada waktu yang akan datang. Kepada para guru-guru agar dapat mengikuti kegiatan ini sampai tuntas dan mengikuti dan menyelesaikan semua tugas- tugas mandiri yang di berikan narasumber. Plt Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Sumsel memberikan arahan dan membuka acara ini secara resmi,” pungkasnya. (Nurul)
