Palembang, The8news.com – Gubernur Sumatera Selatan (Sumsel) H Herman Deru memberikan apresiasi atas kinerja jajaran Dewan Komisaris dan Dewan Direksi atas capaiannya targetnya. Terkhusus Direktur Pemasaran Bank Sumsel Babel Antonius Prabowo Argo dan Direktur Umum, Samiludin.
Atas prestasi tersebut kedua Direksi Bank Sumsel Babel itu akan diberikan penghargaan atau reward berupa perpanjangan masa jabatan. Ini juga sudah disepakati oleh kepala daerah selaku pemegang saham yakni Gubernur Sumsel, Gubernur Babel, Bupati dan Walikota di kedua provinsi bertetangga itu.
Gubernur Herman Deru saat conference pers usai menghadiri Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB) Bank Sumsel Babel yang digelar di Ballroom Wyndham OPI Hotel Jakabaring Palembang, Selasa (12/1), menyebut RUPSLB Bank Sumsel Babel digelar terkait dengan berakhirnya masa jabatan jabatan 2 yakni Direktur Pemasaran Bank Sumsel Babel Antonius Prabowo Argo dan Direktur Umum, Samiludin.
“Dalam RUPSB tadi kita sepakat memberikan apresiasi atas kinerja Dewan Komisaris dan Dewan Direksi atas capaiannya targetnya. Kami selaku pemegang saham, dan saya selaku pemegang saham pengendali sepakat untuk memperpanjang masa jabatan ke-dua Direksi tersebut untuk masa jabatan berikutnya,” tuturnya HD.
HD menilai reward yang diberikan kepada dua Direksi Bank Sumsel babel itu merupakan hal yang wajar ketika prestasi yang luar biasa telah ditunjukannya.
“Reward diberikan atas kerja yang profesional. Dan kita memang sudah membiasakan memberikan reward bagi sebuah prestasi,” tambahnya.
Dia berharap ke depan Bank Sumsel Babel akan menjadi Bank yang lebih membanggakan bagi kedua Provinsi ini.
“Mudah-mudahan Bank Sumsel Babel menjadi bank kebanggaan bagi Sumsel dan Bangka Belitung. Meski sudah teruji di masa pandemi Covid-19 labanya di atas target,” terangnya HD.
Sementara itu, Direktur Bank Sumsel Babel Achmad Syamsudin mengatakan, meski dalam kondisi pandemi covid-19 pada tahun 2020, namun Bank Sumsel Babel masih dapat mencapai performance terbaiknya terbukti masih bisa meningkatkan laba 15 % dari tahun lalu atau melebihi targetnya 110 % ( angka unaudited ), demikian juga masih bisa tumbuh baik di dalam penyaluran kreditnya.
“Alhamdulillah sampai dengan saat ini Bank Sumsel Babel dapat mempertahankan eksistensinya untuk tetap turut memberikan sumbangsihnya bagi pembangunan daerah baik di Sumsel maupun di Provinsi Babel,” ungkapnya.
Selain berbagai penghargaan yang di terima oleh Bank Sumsel Babel, Syamsudin juga menyebutkan penghargaan yang diperoleh yaitu penghargaan sebagai penyalur Kredit Usaha Rakyat ( KUR ) ke 3 di Provinsi Sumsel, penyalur kredit perumahan FLPP ke 3 nasional. Memperoleh predikat layanan terbaik ( di luar e banking ) dari seluruh BPD se-Indonesia.
“Dengan total aset mencapai Rp28,2 triliun. Dana pihak ketiga ( DPK ) Rp 21 Triliun dan penyaluran kredit yang telah mencapai Rp17,5 Triliun. Bank Sumsel Babel selalu berupaya untuk dapat lebih menjangkau setiap nasabah hingga pelosok daerah dengan 250 jaringan kantor yang dimiliki ditambah 450 unit mesin ATM yang tersebar diseluruh daerah,” paparnya.
Tak hanya itu, Bank Sumsel Babel, lanjutnya terus berkembang terbukti dari pertumbuhan market share perbankan di wilayah Sumsel dan Bangka Belitung. Mulai dari sisi aset market share menempati posisi tertinggi lebih dari 28 % . Dari sisi dana pihak ketiga mencapai posisi tertinggi lebih dari 21 % dan dari sisi Kredit menempati posisi ketiga kurang lebih 17 % .
“Pemprov Sumsel memberikan apresiasi kepada Bank Sumsel Babel karena selain menghimpun dana dari masyarakat dan menyalurkannya kembali dalam bentuk kredit. Bank Sumsel Babel juga aktif dan peduli dengan keadaan sekitar melalui penyaluran bantuan CSR dan bantuan sosial lainnya,” tutupnya.
