Kapolres Musi Banyuasin AKBP Erlin Tangjaya SH, S.ik dalam arahannya mengatakan bahwa serah terima jabatan di lingkungan Polri terkhusus di Polres Muba merupakan hal yang wajar dan harus terjadi sebagai bagian dari siklus manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam organisasi.

Erlin juga mengatakan agar pejabat yang baru untuk segera menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungan polres muba dan tetap menjalankan tugas serta tanggung jawabnya. Dimasa pandemi Covid ini agar pejabat baru tetap meneruskan pejabat lama untuk memberikan imbauan kepada masyarakat sehingga tidak terjadi penyebaran Covid-19.

Di tempat yang sama usai sertijab, Kapolres Musi Banyuasin AKBP Erlin Tangjaya SH Sik yang diikuti seluruh peserta Apel Sertijab menyaksikan pemberian penghargaan kepada tiga kepala desa dalam menyelamatkan Tugas Anggota Kepolisian dalam berdinas khususnya wilayah Kecamatan Lais yakni, Indera Kusuma, (55) kepala Desa Tanjung Agung Selatan kecamatan Lais Kab. Musi Banyuasin, Ahyar Ahmad, (59) kepala desa Tanjung Agung Barat kec. Lais Kab muba dan Bapak Yapanser (47) kepala desa Teluk Kijing III, Kecamatan Lais, Kabupaten Muba.
