HD Terima Suntikan Perdana Vaksin Covid-19 di Sumsel

Palembang, The8News.com – Vaksinasi virus Covid-19  (SARS-CoV-2) di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan (Sumsel) telah dimulai, ditandai dengan penyuntikan perdana vaksin Covid-19 Sinovac kepada Gubernur Sumsel H Herman Deru.

Penyuntikan vaksin CoronaVac buatan perusahaan asal China, Sinovac pada Gubernur Herman Deru itu  dilakukan di Puskesmas Gandus yang berada di Jalan TP Husin Damar Jaya Sungai Tenang Kelurahan Pulokerto Kecamatan Gandus Palembang sekitar pukul 10.00.

Sejak awal, Herman Deru sendiri memang telah berjanji dab  menyatakan kesiapannya untuk menjadi orang pertama di Sumsel yang disuntik vaksin tersebut. Sekaligus memberikan kepercayaan dan jaminan pada warga Sumsel bahwa vaksin Corona yang disuntikan aman sebagai upaya mencegah penyebaran Covid-19.

“Vaksinasi ini berjalan baik. Saya bersama Forkopinda baru saja selesai di vaksinasi dan 14 hari kedepan akan kembali melaksanakan vaksinasi kedua,” kata Herman Deru ujar HD dalam jumpa pernya usai disuntik vaksin.

Menurutnya, tidak ada efek samping yang ditimbulkan usai vaksinasi tersebut. Dia menilai, vaksin corona yang disuntikan aman digunakan.

“Pertanyaan masyarakat terkait vaksin ini telah terjawab. Dengan jujur saya katakan, setelah penyuntikan dan observasi selama 30 menit, tidak ada efek yang saya rasakan. Saya merasa seperti biasa saja,” tuturnya.

Herman Deru menyebut selain dirinya, ikut juga disuntik vaksin  para Forkopimda Sumsel diantaranya Pangdam II Sriwijaya Mayjen TNI Agus Suhardi dan Kapolda Sumsel Irjen Pol Eko Indra Heri.

“Keduanya  juga mengaku  tidak merasakan efek samping apapun setelah disuntik vaksin ini. Bahkan Kapolda sendiri sedang menjalani puasa. Artinya ini aman dan masyarakar jangan takut untuk di vaksinasi,” terangnya.

Penyuntikan vaksin, lanjutnya sebagai langkah upaya untuk terlepas dari Pandemi Covid-19 yang saat ini masih terjadi.

“Kita harapkan 5 juta masyarakat di Sumsel dapat diberikan vaksin ini secara bertahap. Pada tahap ini sudah ada 30 ribu vaksin yang kita terima, selanjutnya sekitar 28 ribu tambahan dari pemerintah pusat. Dengan upaya ini kita berharap dapat segera terlepas dari Covid-19,” jelasnya.

Dia menyebut dengan menjadi orang pertama yang dilakukan vaksinasi, dia berharap masyarakat tidak lagi ragu untuk di vaksin sekaligus turut  mensukseskan jalannya  vaksinasi tersebut.

“Masyarakat jangan ragu untuk melakukan vaksinasi ini. Saya tegaskan kembali lvaksin ini aman. Jangan ikuti hoax yang menyebut jika vaksin tersebut tidak aman. Inilah bentuk perhatian pemerintah agar kita dapat beraktifitas seperti biasa lagi. Hampir 10 bulan  ini aktifitas kita terbatas dan banyak sektor yang terdampak dan ini harus kita kembalikan seperti semula,” bebernya.

Sebelumnya, Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Lesty Nuraini mengatakan, sedikitnya ada 2550 vaksinator di Sumsel yang disiapkan untuk melakukan penyuntikan vaksinasi tersebut. Vaksinator tersebut sebelumnya telah menjalani pelatihan.

“Semuanya telah menjalani pelatihan. Ribuan vaksinator tersebut bertugas di seluruh Sumsel,” kata Lesty.

Dia menuturkan, tenaga vaksinator untuk Covid-19 dan tenaga vaksinasi biasa terbilang sama.

“Hanya saja, tenaga vaksinator tersebut harus dilengkapi dengan pengetahuan tentang Covid-19,” tuturnya.

Dia membeberkan, untuk vaksinasi tahap pertama di mulai sejak 14 Januari 2021 hingga akhir Februari 2021.

“Yang pertama untuk tenaga kesehatan dan tenaga penunjang yang jumlahnya sekitar 51.708 dan bisa bertambah. Untuk seluruh masyarakat bisa lebih dari setahun, tergantung kesediaan vaksin dari pusat,” terangnya.

Vaksin yang ada saat ini, lanjutnya, juga akan didistribusi ke beberapa Kabupaten/kota yang terdekat seperti Kota Palembang, Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, Kabupaten OKI, Kabupaten PALI, Kota Prabumulih dan Kabupaten Banyuasin.

“Vaksin ini telah kita distribusikan ke beberapa daerah sehingga vaksinasi juga dapat dijalankan,” imbuhnya. (*)
