Festival Danau Ranau Siap Digelar
OKU SELATAN, the8new.com- Saat ini Pemerintah Kabupaten OKU Selatan sedang giat mempromosikan wisata alam dan budaya dalam festival Danau Ranau yang akan di adakan pada tanggal 14 s/d 16 Desember 2017 serta Agenda tahunan yang biasa dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah OKU Selatan untuk mempromosikan daerahnya yakni Festival Danau Ranau kali ini akan lebih meriah dan tampak berbeda. Hal tersebut di karenakan kini semakin banyaknya wahana permainan air disertai peserta yang ditargetkan kian meningkat dibanding tahun sebelumnya. Acara sendiri akan di mulai pada tanggal 14/12/2017 dengan dihadiri oleh seluruh peserta se Sumsel.
Dikatakan Bupati OKU Selatan Popo Ali, Festival Danau Ranau kali ini akan lebih meriah karena semakin banyaknya permainan air. Disamping itu juga wisata kuliner, kesenian serta lain sebagainya ditargetkan semakin meningkat baik pesertanya maupun kualitas yang ditampilkan.
“Tak lain tujuannya untuk memberitahukan atau mempromosikan kepada masyarakat luas tak hanya Sumsel, tapi di kalangan warga seluruh Indonesia bahkan dunia, jika disini (OKU Selatan) memiliki berbagai keunggulan yang ditunjukkan salah satunya dengan gelaran acara Festival Danau Ranau,” terang orang nomor satu di Kabupaten OKU Selatan itu, saat dibincangi di rumah dinasnya.(07/12).
Dilanjutkannya, even festival Danau Ranau akan dilaksanakan pada 14 -16 Desember mendatang. Wisata air seperti jet ski, banana boot dan lainnya akan ada disana.”Bertempat di dermaga Ponton Banding Agung, Kelurahan Bandar Agung, Kecamatan Banding Agung OKU Selatan,”kata Popo Ali.
Direncanaka juga even kebudayaan yang telah berlangsung 22 kali dan di pusatkan di Danau Ranau ini kali ini akan menampilkan berbagai atraksi kebudayaan seperti carnaval budaya, parade kesenian lokal, pameran pangan, serta berbagai even perlombaan seperti FDR Chalenge 2017, lomba menghias kampung, lomba kicau burung, lomba perahu cadik dan lomba kreatifitas membuat cindera mata.”Untuk persiapannya sendiri kurang lebih dua bulan,kegiatan ini terus dilaksanakan agar wisatawan tertarik,”tutup dia.
Untuk diketahui kembali, Danau Ranau adalah danau terbesar kedua di Sumatera, terbentuk sebagai akibat gempa bumi dan letusan gunung berapi. Sebuah sungai besar yang sebelumnya mengalir di kaki gunung berapi berubah menjadi ngarai. Tujuan lain untuk dikunjungi adalah air terjun Subik Tuha. Dengan pemandangan yang indah, kita akan diajak untuk terlibat berbagai kegiatan seni dan tradisi budaya selama festival berlangsung.
Festival Danau Ranau (Festival Danau Ranau) merupakan festival yang rutin diselenggarakan oleh Dinas Pariwisata Lampung Barat Provinsi Lampung dan Oku Selatan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan.
