OKU , Telah Miliki Bank Sampah
BATURAJA, The8news.com – saat ini Baturaja telah memiliki Bank Sampah yang di resmikan oleh Pemerintah OKU melalui Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) OKU, sejak tanggal 3 april 2016 lalu,yang beralamat di jalan Nawawi alhaj, Desa Tanjung Baru Kecamatan Baturaja Timur.
Guna dibentuk nya bank sampah ini bertujuan sebagai inovasi, untuk meningkatkan ekonomi dan pola hidup bersih masyarakat. Juga membantu tugas pemkab dalam mengurangi volume sampah di setiap tempat dan sudut kota.
Selain mengajak masyarakat untuk meningkat kan ekonomi dan pola hidup bersih juga bisa menambah uang saku lebih, dengan cara memanfaat kan dan mengumpul kan sampah rumah tangga yang bisa di olah lagi serta di daur ulang, seperti plastik, kardus, aluminium, besi, dan botol. Lalu bisa jual kesini dengan cara ditabung terlebih dahulu, dimana nanti pihak bank sampah ini akan memberikan buku tabungan pribadi, yang bisa di cair kan uang dari hasil penjualan nya dalam 3 bulan kemudian.
Kegiatan bank sampah ini juga sudah bekerja sama dengan berbagai pihak, di antaranya, prusahaan Daerah,BUMN, kantor, Dinas, sekolah dan rumah sakit di seluruh Kabupaten OKU, yang juga sebagai vendor untuk konversi nilai ekonomi yang sama dalam bentuk buku tabungan.
Hal tersebut di sampaikan Ahmad selaku Direktur kepala Bank Sampah Induk sebimbing sekundang OKU, pada kamis (4/1) diruang kerjanya
Ahmad juga menjelas kan, jika kegiatan bank sampah ini sudah mendapat dukungan penuh dari Bupati OKU. Dengan memberikan himbauan kepada Dinas-dinas dan kantor agar mengumpul kan semua sampah yang ada di kantor mereka untuk di tabung ke bank sampah.
” iya karna untuk sosialisai langsung kami masih terkendala dengan keadaan kami sekarang yang masih serba terbatas, tetapi untuk sekolah-sekolah kami sudah lakukan sosialisasi dengan mendatangi ke setiap sekolah yang ada di OKU, dan rencana kami selanjut apa bila ada dana akan mengadakan sosialiasi dengan terjun langsung ke masyarakat, mendatangi setiap rumah warga untuk memberikan arahan akan manfaat sampah yang bisa di ubah menjadi uang” tutur Ahmad.
“Untuk mempermudah warga kami sudah membentuk 40 kantor unit di seluruh dalam kota mau pun luar kota, dimana juga sebagian sudah di bentuk dari beberapa kecamatan dan kelurahan, di antara nya, kecamatan Lubuk Batang, Baturaja Timur, Baturaja Barat, Pengandonan serta Kecamatan Peninjaun Raya ( KPR). Sedangan kan untuk kelurahan ada di, Kelurahan pasar Lama, Batu Kuning, Tanjung Agung, dan Saung Naga” sambung nya.
” Namun untuk kendala yang kami alami yaitu belum ada nya fasilitas trnsportasi, karna selama ini kami masih menggunakan mobil Pick UP milik DLH OKU yang di perbantukan disini. Juga masih ada beberapa Dinas yang belum memenuhi himbauan yang disampai kan Bupati OKU, mengenai bank sampah ini, seperti Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian, Damkar, BPPRD, Inspektorat serta Dinas Ketahanan Pangan. Karna sampai saat ini beberapa kantor dan Dinas tersebut belum menyetor kan sampah ke bank sampah ini” ungkap Ahmad.
” meski begitu kami tetap bisa menjual sekitar 1 sampai 5 ton dari beberapa jenis sampah yang bisa di kelola ulang tadi dalam perminggu nya, dan ini terbukti bisa mengurangi penumpukan sampah di TPA” tandas nya.
Sementara itu ditempat terpisah, Kadin DLH OKU Slamet Riyadi saat di temui di kantor nya mengatakan,” Terbentuk nya bank sampah ini mengacu pada Undang-Undang No 8 Tahun 2018 tentang pengelolaan sampah. Serta dianjurkan sesuai dengan Permen LH No 13 tahun 2012 juga tentang pengelolaan sampah. Dan sudah di sah kan Bupati OKU dengan SK yang miliki oleh Direktur serta pengurus bank sampah langsung dari Bupati” kata nya.
Lebih lanjut Slamet menuturkan,untuk gaji honor mereka dari DLH, karna bank sampah ini masih di bawah binaan dan menginduk kepada kami, kami berharap untuk kedepan nya bank sampah ini bisa mendapat kan dana hibah untuk membiayai kegiatan mereka sendiri, karna mereka sudah mendaftar kan diri di Kesbangpol OKU. Sebab bila mengandal kan hasil dari penjual.(*JUM)
