EMPAT LAWANG, the8news.com — Tim gabungan Polres Empat Lawang dan unit reskrim Polsek Tebing Tinggi berhasil mengamankan belasan preman dan gelandangan dikawasan pulau emas kecamatan Tebing Tinggi,sabtu (29/07) lalu.
Adapun belasan preman serta gelandangan yang terjaring pada saat sedang berkumpul di kawasan pasar tradisional pulau emass Tebing Tinggi yang di duga akan merencanakan dan melakukan keributan di lokasi pasar tersebut jelas Kapolres Empat Lawang melalui Kasat Reskrim AKP M Ismail.
“para preman tersebut berwncana akan melakukan keributan di pasar Pulau Emass. Untuk merebut pengamanan jaga malam terhadap kelompok lain yang ada disana”.
Petugas Polres Empat Lawang berhasil mengamankan 15 orang dan salah satunya merupakan oknum RT yang diduga sebagai Provokator tambahnya.
“Dari giat itu, kita berhasil mengamankan 15 orang, ada juga oknum ketua RT 01 diduga sebagai provokator ikut diamankan,” kata Ismail kepada wartawan, Minggu (29/7).
Dilanjutkannya, setelah dilakukan pengecekan terdapat kelompok preman yang diduga akan melakukan bentrok, lalu petugas melakukan penggeledahan dan ditemukan beberapa senjata tajam dan senjata api rakitan beserta amunisi Jenis SS1 yang telah dibuang ke semak-semak oleh kelompok tersebut.
“Kita juga berhasil mengamankan 1 pucuk senpi rakitan plus amunisi, 11 sajam jenis parang dan pisau, 2 unit mobil dan 6 unit ranmor R2, kesemua preman tersebut langsung digelandang ke Polres Empat Lawang, guna dilakukan penyidikan lebih lanjut,” katanya.
Para preman tersebut selanjutnya diamankan ke Polres Empat Lawang. Untuk dilakukan penyidikan lebih lanjut, tentang kepemilikan senpi dan sajam ini,” tandasnya.
