Dua Dari Empat Pelaku 365 Berhasil Diamankan Polsek Tebing

Empat Lawang,the8news.com — pelaku penodongan di lokasi wisata Air Terjun di Desa Kemang Manis Kecamatan Tebing Tinggi kabupaten Empat Lawang, Bakti Ariyanto (29) warga Desa Aur Gading  diamankan anggota kepolisian atas tindak pidana yang dilakukan bersama komplotannya dimana sebelumnya telah di amankan juga rekannya atas nama Joko .
Bakti Arianto diamankan aparat kepolisian saat tengah bersembunyi di sebuah pondok miliknya di Desa Batu Panceh Kecamatan Tebing Tinggi Kabupaten Empat Lawang, dimana kejadian bermula pada hari rabu (8/08) sekira pukul 02.30 wib. Anggota gabungan terdiri dari Tim Elang Polres Empat Lawang dan Reskrim Polsek Empat Lawang berdasarkan penyeledikan dilapangan segera menuju tempat persembunyian Tersangka Bakti Ariyanto bin Subani yang berada di kebun miliknya sendiri.
“Pelaku ini kita grebek dalam pondok kebun miliknya, saat itu ia sempat ingin melarikan diri dan melawan anggota,” ujar Kapolres Empat Lawang AKBP Agus Setyawan melalui Kapolsek Tebing Tinggi Kompol Hardiman.
Disampaikan Hardiman, pihaknya sempat memberikan tembakan peringatan, akan tetapi tersangka tetap saja melawan dan tidak mengindahkan peringatan.
“Terpaksa pelaku ini kita lakukan tembakan yang terukur dan terarah pada kakinya, lalu kita segera membawanya ke rumah sakit untuk dilakukan pengobatan dan perawatan,” bebernya.
Saat ini, lanjut Hardiman. Tersangka pelaku pencurian dengan kekerasan di air terjun Kemang Manis sudah ada dua yang berhasil diamankan yakni Joko Susanto (27) yang tertangkap sebelumnya kemudian pada hari ini Bakti Ariyanto,sementara kedua pelaku lainnya masih dalam status DPO yang identitasnya sudah dikantongi pihak kepolisan dan masih terus dikejar keberadaannya, ungkapnya.
“Dua dari Empat sudah diamankan, korban mereka ini para pelajar SMP 5 Tebing Tinggi. Mengambil secara paksa sebanyak 8 unit handphone milik mereka,” terang Kompol Hardiman.
Dirinya menambahkan bahwa, tersangka Bakti Ariyanto untuk saat ini diamankan ke Mapolsek Tebing Tinggi dan disidik perkaranya. “Dia kita kenakan pasal 365 KUHP dengan ancaman kurungan penjara 9 Tahun,” tandasnya. (ism).
