Ir. H. Mansyur Husin, MSi selaku Kepala Bidang Pelatihan Dan Produktivitas Disnaker Provinsi Sumsel mengatakan
Sebuah perusahaan akan bisa berjalan dengan baik jika perusahaan itu ditangani oleh HRD-HRD yang memiliki sertifikasi manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia.

” HRD di sebuah perusahaan itu harus memiliki sertifikasi karena HRD merupakan sistem maker di perusahaan tersebut, bagaimana ia merekrut orang orang untuk di jadikan karyawan di perusahaannya,” katanya.

” HRD yang tersertifikasi akan meningkatkan kinerja bagi perusahaan dan meningkatkan produktivitas jika semua ditangani praktisi yang memiliki kompetensi ” bebernya

Jika perusahaan tersebut HRD nya belum tersertifikasi maka HRD di perusahaan tersebut, maka ia harus mendapat sertifikasi melalui pelatihan dan uji kompetensi sehingga ia punya potensi karena ini menjadi wajib.

” Gerakan inilah menjadikan Indonesia itu berkompeten terutama daerah Sumatera Selatan,” sambungnya

Sementara itu Prof Dr Ir Nuni Gofar, M.S dari instansi GNIK Area Director mengatakan, sesuai dengan Surat Edaran(SE) Menaker Nomor 5 Tahun 2019 tentang Pemberlakukan Wajib Sertifikasi Kompetensi Terhadap Jabatan Bidang Manajemen SDM, Maka pihaknya melaksanakan sosialisasi tentang pentingnya sertifikasi manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia.

Sosialisasi ini menjadi pertemuan penting untuk
praktisi SDM/HRD ketika mereka melakukan sosialisasi, informasi, dan edukasi kepada masyarakat khususnya praktisi HRD.
